ABOUT ME
Hi, i'm Hayley. My whole life has been filled with sports, both competitive and social, so working in the fitness industry was a no brainer for me. I have been in the industry for 12+ years, and in this time I have done personal training for different goals, group training, bootcamps, strength and conditioning, and CrossFit coaching.
I have fine tuned what I think is the best 'bang for your buck' method of training for the general population wanting to feel, perform, and look their best.
After living abroad for 6 years, I returned to live in Hawkes Bay in 2015 with my now husband. We have two young children - Hattie and Margot.
Using this style of training myself for many years, and throughout both of my pregnancies, and afterwards, has helped me maintain a high level of fitness and overall wellness.

FAQ
WHAT WILL THE 40 MINUTES LOOK LIKE?
I will start by explaining the workout, demonstrating the exercises that we are doing, followed by a warm up. Every day is different, with a different intention. Some days include slower strength and/or core work, some are high intensity interval training, and some will have longer conditioning workouts. We will always finish with a quick stretch. The whole week will be programmed that you are able to attend all 5 days in a row – and then enjoy the weekend off (but being active of course!!).
IS THIS PROGRAM SAFE FOR PREGNANCY, AND POST PARTUM?
Always get clearance from your medical professional before starting a new fitness regime, this is particularly important when pregnant or postpartum. If you have clearance to do so, then 'In Your Lane' is a great way to stay fit and strong during pregnancy, and get back to feeling your best after pregnancy. In my personal experience, having a fit pregnancy aided me in many ways to a healthy, speedy, recovery. Always scale appropriately, and listen to your body.
DO I NEED TO HAVE A CERTAIN LEVEL OF FITNESS TO START?
Absolutely not! Every workout will have options to suit all fitness levels - from beginners to advanced. Choosing appropriate weights for your ability, is the first way to perform at the correct level, but there will also be options for different movements and rep ranges if need be.
AM I LOCKED INTO A CONTRACT?
Nope! You can cancel at anytime. Payments will come out monthly, and start at the end of your 14 day trial period. If you wish to cancel, send an email to at least 5 days before your next payment is due.
DO I NEED FACEBOOK TO JOIN IN?
Yes - the daily workouts are only posted to the private Facebook group. You can interact as much or as little as you like, but you will need an account to be able to see the workouts.
IS IT FOR PEOPLE IN NEW ZEALAND ONLY?
Not at all, anyone in the world can join. However the membership fee will always be in NZD, so depending on the exchange rate at the time of payment, it may be slightly different. The time the daily workout is posted is also in NZ time.
WHAT DO I NEED?
You do require some equipment for this program. While body weight workouts are great, the addition of a few items take our training to the next level. Recommended weight sizes are listed below. These will last you until you are ready to step up your training and purchase a heavier set.
You will require:
1 x set of dumbbells (I highly recommend hex dumbbells over round dumbbells)
1 x kettlebell
1 x skipping rope
Optional - exercise mat. Certain movements you won't want to do on concrete, so depending on your set up space you might want to get yourself an exercise mat. Most of the exercises will also be able to be completed indoors.
